Otherwise, you can request an appointment online or call us to schedule an appointment. Please allow 2 hours for your first visit as we conduct an initial exam and cleaning. If you could, please also print the new patient forms before your visit to our office. This will allow us to seat you quicker as you will not have to fill them out at the office.
