We are happy you have decided to visit us. Before your first visit, it would be a good idea to fill out your medical history forms. This will save you time and make your first visit with us easier on you. If you do not have the opportunity to do so, don’t worry, but please show up to your scheduled appointment at least 20 minutes early to finalize paperwork.
Your first visit will typically consist of a dental exam, a review of medical history, an oral pathology screening and the taking of records deemed necessary by your dentist. To perform a comprehensive exam, radiographs or xrays will most likely be taken and interpreted by your dentist. If you have recent radiographs within the past 5 years, you may wish to request these from your previous dentist.
For further information on radiographs or xrays and the low dosages of radiation used to procure them, please view the following FAQ.
